The most important thing that Harry did for us had to be saving us about $2000. We bought a new townhouse so we were able to pick many of the options including several upgrades. Everything was coming along great until I got a call from the realtor representing the builders of the town home. She called three days before we were to do our final walk through. She told me that she had made a calculation error and that she needed to increase the price of the town home by $1900. She said she had forgotten to charge us for our cabinet upgrade. I was bugged but figured I would have to pay it. Then Harry went to bat for us. He spent hours going over and over the contracts we had signed, reading all the fine print. He also consulted with his peers and came to the conclusion that we did not have pay the additional amount. It may not sound like a lot of money, but for two starving students, struggling to make ends meet it was huge. He took care of everything. In the end we did not have pay the extra.
