* My commission is usually paid by the seller, however most buyers will still have various other customary costs/fees separate from agent commission. These fees may include down payment, closing costs/loan fees, title fees, buyer broker fee, home inspection, home warranty, appraisal, insurance etc. I have almost never had a buyer pay any out of pocket commission, however in very rare cases my commission may be paid in part or full by the buyer such as when the listing brokerage is offering less than 3% BAC (part) or with a non-listed (FSBO) property when the seller will not agree to pay commission(part or full). These cases are very rare and will be discussed with all buyers prior to signing any agreements or making any offers.
